It is the programme for the development and training of the Chain's future general managers.
This 2 year Plan includes the training of participants while they are working, in different areas and at various hotels in order to qualify them for the position of Hotel Director.
It is basically filled by professionals who are already working with us but we giving the chance to any professional willing to develop his/her career in our company.
Candidates wishing to apply for the Plan should fulfill the following requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hotel deputy manager (minimum 2 years) or as a Hotel Director (minimum 1 year).
- Advanced level of English (other languages an advantage)
- Flexibility to travel
