What is the Hesperia Newsletter?
The Hesperia newsletter is a bulletin we send out free of charge via e-mail fortnightly with the best offers and promotions for our hotels. You will receive this information in your inbox once you subscribe. If you have not subscribed yet, you can do it here.
How can I modify my information?

How can I unsubscribe?

I am not able to see in my account the stay I just booked
At the end of your booking process you will see a confirmation with all the details of your reservation. You will also receive a confirmation via e-mail. This is proof that your reservation was completed successfully. Go to My Profile in My account and follow the instructions to modify your account details.

The personal data you submit are protected by Hesperia, which implements the technical and organisational measures required to guarantee their safety and will treat your personal data in an absolutely confidential manner, using them exclusively for the agreed purposes.
You can exercise your right to access, rectify, cancel and opose the treatment of your personal data according to the terms and conditions in the Personal Data Protection Law.

It is the royalty programme of the Hoteles Hesperia Chain, created for you, our preferential client.
What is the currency of the Club Hesperia|one?
The Hesperia|one Point.
Who can be a member of the Club Hesperia|one?
Anyone over the age of 18 who has stayed in one of our hotels at least once.
How can I activate my online account?
Remember that only members of Club Hesperia|one can have an account.
To activate your account, please fill out the online registration form.
After completed, you will receive an email with the instructions for the full activation of the account.
How can I join the Club Hesperia|one?
Membership of the Club Hesperia|one is through an invitation to join. Nevertheless, if you have not received an invitation and wish to join the Club you just need to ask for the application form in the reception of any Hesperia hotel, fill it in and accept the general conditions of the Club Hesperia|one. Finally, you should sign it and hand it in at the hotel reception.
How much does it cost to be a member of the Club Hesperia|one?
Belonging to the Club Hesperia|one and being a Hesperia|one Class Card and Hesperia|one Cardholder is free of charge and only provides its members with advantages.
How do I get my Hesperia|one Points?
All members of the programme who book, not only directly, but also through travel agencies or other intermediaries, will receive Hesperia|one Points. See How do I get my points?.
For the use of services during the stay such as the minibar, room service, telephone (in other words, the items that appear on the final bill), the value is the following: every 10 euros = 1 Hesperia|one Point (VAT not included).
In Hotel Hesperia London Victoria, every 6 spent= 1 Hesperia|one Point (taxes and commissions not included).
Is there an expiry date for Hesperia|one Points?
Yes. The points have an expiry time of 3 years. The points that have not been redeemed within a maximum of 36 months after their attainment will be automatically cancelled. However, when the date is approaching, we will advise you in the consultation area of your points balance so that you can use them.
What reasons are there for cancelling an account?
Accounts that remain inactive without any movement, obtaining or redeeming Hesperia|one Points, for a period of more than 2 years will be automatically cancelled. The Hesperia|one and Hesperia|one Class Cards are the property of Hesperia, who reserve the right to cancel them should the Cardholder make improper use of them. The cancellation of the Card is automatic on cancelling the account.
What can I get with my Hesperia|one Points?
With Hesperia|one Points you can get different things, from a late check out to a room upgrade, as well as the most exclusive latest generation massages that the spas and health centres in the chain provide. Moreover, if you are a golf fan, you can get 9 and 18 hole green fees. Consult all the services in the Hesperia|one area of the Hesperia website.
How do I report the loss or robbery of my Hesperia|one Card or clarify any other doubt that may arise regarding the Club?
