How can I activate my online account?
Remember that only members of Club Hesperia|one can have an account.
To activate your account, please fill out the online registration form.
After completed, you will receive an email with the instructions for the full activation of the account.
How do I get my Hesperia|one Points?
All members of the programme who book, not only directly, but also through travel agencies or other intermediaries, will receive Hesperia|one Points. See How do I get my points?.
For the use of services during the stay such as the minibar, room service, telephone (in other words, the items that appear on the final bill), the value is the following: every 10 euros = 1 Hesperia|one Point (VAT not included).
In Hotel Hesperia London Victoria, every 6 spent= 1 Hesperia|one Point (taxes and commissions not included).
What can I get with my Hesperia|one Points?
With Hesperia|one Points you can get different things, from a late check out to a room upgrade, as well as the most exclusive latest generation massages that the spas and health centres in the chain provide. Moreover, if you are a golf fan, you can get 9 and 18 hole green fees. Consult all the services in the Hesperia|one area of the Hesperia website.
How do I report the loss or robbery of my Hesperia|one Card or clarify any other doubt that may arise regarding the Club?

A code that will allow you to get discounts, offers and other advantages for your stays in Hesperia Hotels. When you receive a promotional code, enter it during your booking process to benefit from it on your next stay with us.
How does a promotional code work?
With it you can get benefits in your booking such as discounts, room upgrades, free breakfast and much more.
How can I use a promotional code?
When you book online, after choosing your hotel and dates, enter the code in the Promotional Code field you will find in Step1 of the booking process. You will then see the benefit applicable for the type of booking and selected dates.
How can I get a promotional code?
Hesperia sends promotional code offers to our Hesperia|one club member and to our newsletter subscribers. To get them, you must subscribe to one of these two and you will receive via e-mail different promotional codes that you will be able to use when you book your stay with us.
Who can use a promotional code?
Anyone 18 years old or over who receives one. Promotional codes can only be used once, so if you give it to someone else, you will not be able to use it yourself.
How much time do I have to use a promotional code after I receive it?
Each promotional code has its own validity period and will have this information attached. Likewise, you can verify its expiration date during your booking process as well as through the Terms and Conditions link of the promotion that applies.
For what kind of booking can I use a promotional code?
Promotional codes are applicable only to hotel nights in Hesperia Hotels. They cannot be used for Spa packages, services or restaurants and bars. Likewise, if you decide to cancel or modify your booking, you cannot use the same promotional code, since it is for one use only.
