We offer an open-to-view kitchen where our chef, Jaume Marco, orchestrates a wide variety of recipes: the most delicious dishes of Burgos cuisine, an excellent market cuisine, an appetising selection of home-made cakes and pastries and wines from an exclusive cellar. Jaume Marco is our Chef, in charge of ensuring that you enjoy the excellent cuisine of the Alambi Restaurant.

The kitchen of the Alambi steakhouse restaurant recommends its specialities from the wood-fire oven. For starters, Pica-Pica of the house , which is a selection of local Burgos tapas: Burgos black pudding, Lerma chorizo, Iberian ham... and for your main course don't miss out on an Aranda del Duero suckling lamb baked in the wood-fire oven or a T-bone steak cooked on the stone. And for those who prefer fish, we recommend our Sant Just-style pole-and-line hake. But if you still have room, our trolley of home-made pastries will provide food for thought to finish off your meal.

The Alambi restaurant offers you a wide variety of a la carte dishes, menus, cocktails and lunches to choose from; all designed to make your stay at Hesperia Sant Just as pleasant as possible. At lunch or dinner you can choose between the a la carte dishes from our Market Cuisine or from the ready-made menus. We also offer children's meals to suit our younger diners.

The Alambi Restaurant has an extensive and exclusive cellar with very varied denominaciones de origen such as Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Penedes or Albariño; perfect for all palates, meals and occasions.
