What is a One? back

A one is the new Hesperia Hotels currency unit, with which you can pay your hotel bill totally or partially. Ones work as money. As simple as that.

How can you get Ones? back

A. With your bill

Every time you go to a Hesperia hotel, simply identify yourself as a Hesperia|one cardholder and you will get 1 One for every 25 euros on your net bill (1).

Here is an example:

B. Exclusive Offers = Extra Ones

You can also add Ones to your balance with the exclusive offers and promotions we will send periodically.

How can you use your Ones? back

You can use your accrued Ones on your next stay to pay for your stays, boards, spas and restaurants at Hesperia Hotels (2)

You can pay as you like: 100% of the bill or only a part of it. The payments you make with Ones will give you more Ones.
