Should we fail against any of these 9 promises in the Hesperia.com Internet Promise we give you preferential treatment for the duration of your stay. This could be a stay you have already reserved, or your next stay if you have claimed after a stay.

Preferential treatment varies slightly depending on the hotel, but as an example, for a 4* urban hotel part of the preferential package might consists of:

1. Special Luxury Amenities Set in the bathroom
2. Bottle of Wine on arrival
3. Traditional tapas or Chocolates
4. Bottled water refilled daily

If your claim is against the Best Price Online policy, then we will provide preferential treatment for the stay being booked, as well as matching the price you found.
