How do I book my room?
You can book your room on our website, as well as check availability and prices in real time. You can also contact us every day from 9 am to 6 pm on +34 936 11 31 31.
How do I modify or cancel my booking?
Please refer to your booking confirmation for the terms and conditions for changing or cancelling your booking. To modify or cancel your booking, please contact your hotel directly or call +34 936 11 31 31 from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.
What time is check-in and check-out?
You can enjoy your room from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 12 noon on the day of departure.
Can I access my room before check-in? Or enjoy my room after check-out?
If you need to use the room outside of these hours, please contact the hotel directly. We will be happy to inform you about the availability and conditions of this service.
What are the advantages of booking online?
Early check-in: The usual check-in time at our hotels is from 3 pm. If you book on our website, your room may be available from 10 am (subject to hotel availability).
Late check-out: The usual check-out time at our hotels is from 12 noon. If you book on our website, your room may be available until 3 pm (subject to hotel availability).
How do I retrieve a copy of my invoice or modify it?
Please contact the hotel you stayed at directly. Our colleagues will ask you for the necessary information to send you a copy or make modifications, if possible.
What can I do if I have lost my booking confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation email when you book through our website. If you lose it or need a copy, please contact your hotel directly. Our colleagues can send you a copy of your booking confirmation by email.
Am I guaranteed the type of bed, view or room layout I want?
We always take into account the specific requirements of our customers and try to satisfy them wherever possible. However, many of these cannot be 100% confirmed until the moment of arrival as they are subject to availability at that time.
Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?
Whenever you make a booking through our website, by telephone or directly at one of our hotels, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We are happy to store your luggage with us in complete security, both before you check in to your room and after you check out, whenever you need it. Simply ask a member of our staff.
