You can enjoy your room from 15:00 hrs on the day of arrival and up to 12:00 hrs on departure.

What are the benefits of booking through the website?
The standard check-in time at our hotels is from 15:00 hrs. If you book through our website you could access your room from 10:00 hrs (subject to availability at the hotel).
The standard check-out time at our hotels is 12:00 hrs. When booking through the website you could keep the room until 15:00 hrs (subject to availability at the hotel).
Triple room for the price of a double: You can request an extra bed free of charge in double rooms so that 3 guests can stay.
How can I get a copy of my invoice or change it?
Please contact the hotel where you were staying. Following identity checks, our colleagues will ensure you receive a copy or will correct any details if possible
What can I do if I've lost my confirmation?
When you book through our website you will receive a confirmation email. If you have mislaid this or need a copy, please do not hesitate to contact your hotel direct. Our colleagues will be happy to send you a copy of your booking confirmation by email.
Will my request for a view, bed type or check-in/check-out time be guaranteed?
We always take special requests from our guests into account and try to provide the requested service whenever possible, however, many requests cannot be confirmed 100% until the moment of arrival as everything depends on availability at the time.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after I have checked-out?
We will be delighted to store your luggage safely before check-in or after you have checked-out on departure day whenever you need us to. All you have to do is ask one of our staff.
