In accordance with the provisions of article 10.1 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (the “LSSI”), it is hereby stated that the service provider is Hesperia World, S.L.U. (hereinafter, “Hesperia”) with registered office in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona, Spain), Avda. Mare de Déu de Bellvitge, number 3, CP 08907, with CIF B-67.301.242, registered in the Mercantile Register of Barcelona in Volume 46.710, folio 158 and page B-528.434. Contracting
In accordance with the provisions of article 27.1.a) of the LSSI, contracting through www.hesperia.com will be carried out in accordance with the following:
- Step 1: selection of the hotel, by the client, through the aforementioned website and by means of the existing search parameters.
- Step 2: selection of the number of guests and rooms.
- Step 3: selection of the desired dates of stay.
- Step 4: selecting the type of room.
- Step 5: insertion of the personal data relating to the booking and, if applicable, of the bank card used as a guarantee for the booking and acceptance of the booking conditions.
- Step 6: verification of the data relating to the booking made.
- Step 7: formalisation of the booking and display of the relevant confirmation page.
- Step 8: sending a booking confirmation email with booking details.
Hesperia will generate an electronic document of the formalisation of the booking for your records. The customer will receive access to and full knowledge of this file by sending an e-mail with its content at the end of the booking.
After completing the booking, the customer is requested to check the content of the booking to identify any material errors in the data entry. In your case, in order to process the relevant correction, we would be grateful if you could call our reservation centre on +34 93 611 31 31, giving us the details identifying your reservation.
The Hesperia contracting procedure is offered in several languages. In order to change language, access the language drop-down menu at the top right of any page on www.hesperia.com.
In accordance with the specific conditions of the particular tariffs applied to the reservation, payment of the tariffs may be made by (i) in advance, in whole or in part, at the time of booking, (ii) at the time of checking into the hotel and physically accessing the room (check-in), or (iii) at the time of check-out. The aforementioned payments may be made by: credit card accepted at the establishment, bank transfer and/or in cash in the currency of the country of the hotel.
The legal clause relating to the right of withdrawal shall not apply to bookings made via www.hesperia.com or the telephone booking service, and the specific conditions of the offer regarding cancellation shall apply in all cases. To do so, you must contact the chosen hotel directly at the telephone number, postal address or e-mail address given in the booking confirmation message, providing the identifying details of the booking.
Industrial and Intellectual Property
All the contents included in this web page, that is to say, but not limited to, articles, texts, designs, photographs, images, logos, videos, audios, databases, software and the web page as a whole belong to Hesperia in its condition as owner of the domain and/or entity legitimised for its use by virtue of the granting of licences by third parties, and therefore its use is prohibited without the express prior authorisation.
The trademarks, trade names, logos and any other distinctive signs found on this web page are the property of Hesperia or Hesperia has the corresponding licence to use them for their insertion on this web page.
In the absence of express authorisation, the user is prohibited from reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating and transforming the aforementioned content and/or trademarks for commercial or lucrative purposes.

Booking terms and conditions
Booking terms and conditions
The booking will be guaranteed by your credit card. In this case, your credit card details will be stored securely and confidentially. Hesperia undertakes to keep the data supplied by the customer confidential.
In the case of offers, promotions, special rates, non-refundable or restrictive rates, a deposit may be charged securely through our POS at the time of booking or when restrictions apply, which will be deducted from your final bill at the hotel of your choice. Your credit card details will be stored securely and confidentially as additional security.
In the event that you have to pay all or part of the amount of the reservation at the chosen hotel upon arrival, you may be required to pay this amount on the day of your arrival (i.e. on the check-in date).
If you wish to make any modifications, changes or cancellations to your booking, you must do so in advance of the check-in date specified in the original booking in the particular conditions of the rate or offer chosen by the customer. In other circumstances, the corresponding charges will apply.
After making your reservation, we would be grateful if you could present, either in paper or electronic format, the booking confirmation, which will serve as proof of the services contracted and of your reservation. We would also appreciate it if you could keep it until your arrival at your chosen hotel and show it at the reception desk at check-in. Otherwise, the hotel will not be liable for any error related to the reservation (for example, the contracted rate, number of persons and/or contracted services).
We would also be grateful if you could keep the booking reference number of the reservation you have made, as this will be necessary to access your reservation details in case you wish to make any changes, modifications or cancellations.
Por favor, recuerde que todas las personas (incluyendo menores de edad) que vayan a alojarse en el hotel escogido deben disponer de los documentos de identificación pertinentes, así como de aquellos de acreditación oficiales y vigentes para verificar:
- that the booking conditions (i.e. the age of minors or the identity of the persons staying at the hotel) indicated in the reservation are met.
- that the conditions of the discounts, offers, promotions, etc. applied to the booking are met.
- that, where applicable, the customer is the holder of the bank card with which the prepayment was made.
These documents can be requested at the hotel reception upon arrival. In case of non-accreditation or non-compliance with any of the conditions specified above, the hotel may charge 100% of the stay, even if prepayments have been made, and reserves the right to charge the discounted amounts.
Payment for the reservation shall be made in the official currency of the place where the hotel is located. The prices in other currencies, possibly shown in brackets just below the price in the currency of the place where the hotel is located and indicated in the booking process and confirmation, are merely informative prices and are subject to the variations of the exchange rate of the day.
Rates
The rates in relation to which the term “from” is included are calculated on the basis of an occupancy of two (2) adults per room. In the event that the reservation is made for a higher or lower number of persons per room, the relevant rate may vary.
Note that the rates are valid for individual bookings only. In no case shall they be applicable to groups (i.e. for the booking of ten (10) or more rooms) and/or special events.
Rates include taxes applicable at the time of booking. Without prejudice to the foregoing, in the event of an increase in any applicable indirect tax (such as, but not limited to, VAT or IGIC), or the establishment of new fees, taxes, levies or contributions of any kind that would encumber the provision of services to be provided to the client, the indicated rates will be increased by the amount that legally corresponds.
The customer may make any complaint through: (a) the reception of the chosen hotel itself; (b) postal mail addressed to Hesperia, Customer Service Department, Avda. Contracting (Reservations)
Once you have made your reservation, we would appreciate it if you could check the content of your reservation to identify any material errors in the data entry. To process your correction, please contact the operator with whom you have made your booking.
Booking confirmation
At the time of the prepaid booking, a movement of the currency unit (euro, dollar, pound, etc.) of the booking confirmation will be shown in the customer’s account for the purpose of verifying the card details provided. This amount will be returned to you within a period that may vary depending on the bank.
By providing the customer’s bank card details, the customer authorises us to charge the card for prepayments, unpaid amounts and penalties provided for in the cancellation policy. Hesperia undertakes to keep the data supplied by the customer confidential.
No-show
In the case of prepaid reservations, if you do not arrive at the hotel (no-show) before 18:00 (local time of the selected hotel) on the day of check-in, no refund will be made.
In the case of guaranteed reservations, unless the cancellation has been made in accordance with the above, in the event of a no-show before 18:00 hours (local time of the selected hotel) on the scheduled day of check-in, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged the amount expressly provided for in the No-show section included in the applicable rate conditions.
If the client expects to arrive at the chosen hotel on the day of arrival, but after 18:00 hours (local hotel time), please contact the hotel directly (whose contact details will appear on the booking confirmation) to inform them of this circumstance.
Minors
Minors under 18 years of age may not make reservations or stay at the hotel without the prior authorisation of their father, mother, guardian or legal representative, who shall be solely responsible for all acts carried out by the minors in their charge, including the completion of the forms with the personal details of said minors and the ticking, where applicable, of the boxes that accompany them.

Transactions
Due to local currency fluctuations and bank charges that may be applied by your bank, there may be some price differences between the time you make your payment and the time you receive your card statement.
In accordance with Law 7/2012, of 29 October, amending tax and budgetary regulations and adapting financial regulations to intensify actions to prevent and combat fraud, cash payments may not be made for transactions of an amount equal to or greater than 2,500 euros or their equivalent in foreign currency.
When the payer is a natural person who can prove that he is not resident for tax purposes in Spain and is not acting in his capacity as a business or professional, the limit for cash payments is 15,000 euros or its equivalent in foreign currency.
In the case of non-residents in Spain, the payer must sign a declaration at the hotel at the time of payment and provide proof of their tax domicile (i.e. valid passport and/or certificate validly issued by the tax authority of their country). In the case of transactions that cannot be paid in cash, the parties to the transactions must keep the proof of payment for a period of five (5) years from the date of payment, in order to prove that it was made by any means of payment other than cash. They are also obliged to provide these supporting documents at the request of the State Tax Administration Agency (Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria).

Hesperia reserves the right to modify, partially or totally, these General Conditions.

Tax information
The reservation made through Hesperia will be invoiced by the Hesperia group company operating the hotel as the entity responsible for the provision of the services contracted by the client under this reservation and for their collection.
